A Global Commercial & Residential General Practice seeks an Assistant Building Surveyor for their Glasgow office. This is a excellent opportunity to join a small but growing regional team, working on high-profile instructions across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Your role would be to support the Director in Glasgow, providing a range of professional & project-based services a number of clients. Full APC support will be provided and core duties will include:

  • Building Surveys
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Dilapidation’s
  • Contract Administration
  • Party Wall Matters

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

  • Degree qualified and with a desire to gain MRICS status
  • Have a degree of experience working in a Consultancy environment
  • Able to take initiative and work independently
  • Comfortable travelling to Edinburgh on an occasional basis
