Senior Building Surveyor – Associate Director Building Surveyor – Mix of Commercial Clients – London West End Office
Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialists in property advisory with over £6 billion of property for a variety of commercial clients.
They are a medium sized organisation that is looking to expand their London Building Consultancy team. They are looking for a professional and driven Building Surveyor from Senior to Associate Director Level to work with their existing and future clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small yet highly established team. This is where you will have the ability to create an important impact on decision making and full responsibility of clients.
They focus purely on the commercial market including: industrial, office, retail and warehousing. Providing the following Building Consultancy services: Planned Preventative Maintenance, Party Walls, Dilapidations, Contracts Administration, Project Management, Development Monitoring, Schedules of Condition, Access Audits and Feasibility Studies.

Building Surveying Requirements:* Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent. * MRICS qualified. * Previous experience working with commercial clients. * Experience providing most of the above services to clients. * Excellent communications skills.
* Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
