Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate who can join a vibrant, dynamic team in the City. They are one of the largest Real Estate portfolio and asset managers in Europe who currently manage over £60 billion of assets.

This is combined with extensive deal origination, strategic asset management and development execution capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to diversify your experience within industry.

The new Corporate Finance Associate will contribute to the following areas:

  • PRODUCT INNOVATION
  • FUND RESTRUCTURING/EXIT STRATEGY
  • FINANCING/HEDGING
  • SHARE DEALS
  • NEW PRODUCT INITIATIVES – Property Derivatives, Debt Funds…
  • CROSS BORDER CORPORATE DEALS ACROSS EUROPE.

The candidate will be expected to be a project leader with strong, independent modelling skills. Communication and understanding of the financial environment is key within this energetic, vibrant team.

The client would like candidates to have experience in either Investment Banking, Audit Firms or Corporate Finance Consultancy services with Real Estate related experience.

Experience In structuring both institutional and retail products is desirable. Knowledge of European Funds Management would be an advantage in the application process.
