Working for a successful overseas company, becoming a key member of its newly established platform in the UK. This role combines both debt and equity elements.
The platform is looking at direct Real Estate investments, real estate bridging Finance, and residential development. The UK platform will be a nimble deal oriented team, meaning the right candidate will be kept busy and motivated with a varied role.
The successful candidate is likely to be degree level educated with a MRICS, ACA, CFA, MBA or similar. You will have a natural entrepreneurial flair and a desire to succeed and create value, with a hands on approach in all areas of running a small platform.
