Senior Design Director – Dubai
Cobalt Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a leading design and planning architectural practice that operates in the Middle East for leading leisure, hospitality and retail schemes; and are looking for a Senior Design Director to relocate to Dubai the help them grow their team, manage the portfolio and make senior level decisions along side two other Directors
This well established practice provides architecture, planning, and design services across residential, commercial, leisure, hospitality and retail sectors. They have seen positive growth in their pipeline moving into 2017 and now require a senior individual that can join them in their Dubai office and grow their business at a Senior Director level.
The Person:
‘Wearing a number of different hats’ the ideal person should have a number of years post qualification experience in delivering projects from initial bidding to practical completion, managing external teams and stakeholders, and someone who has the drive and ambition to lead & manage the team of designers. With a commercial outlook, this person will be required to oversee all aspects of the office; from business development, bidding and tendering, fee proposals and workflow & revenue projections; to people management, leadership, recruitment and the ability to work closely with the rest of the senior management team.
Remuneration:
Up to £15,000 per month

Requirements:
- RIBA Part 3.
- Proven experience in a senior role.
- Experience in sales/business development.
- Retail/hospitality sector exposure.
- Willing to relocate
