A leading fund management platform is seeking an Analyst to join their team to assist with all aspects of the investment process, supporting the Fund Managers and senior investment figures in their investment activities.

The role will be UK focused, working across all of the funds, providing the successful candidate with exposure to a variety of mandates and investment criteria.

Likely role responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Fund Directors and Investment Managers in all investment related tasks
  • Working with the sector teams to help source new assets to review for acquisitions
  • Regularly meeting with sector teams to get updates on sector performance
  • Analyse and underwrite potential acquisitions and use this to assist the Fund Directors in making investment recommendations
  • Formulate necessary documentation for the investment committee
  • Assist the Fund Director is overseeing the disposal of assets
  • Working with the sector teams to carry out due diligence, liaising with and instructing lawyers on issues pertinent to the client’s purchases
