A leading developer that is involved in iconic residential and mixed-use developments in London, is looking for a Development Manager to join its expanding team. The company specialises in development management, land acquisition, planning and construction.
The successful candidate will be working as a front end development manager running some of London’s leading mixed-use developments. The companies track record and pipe line speaks for itself. This company currently has some very exciting developments progressing towards development that the successful candidate would be working on. The company’s appetite to grow is the reason for wanting a Development Manager to join the successful and growing team.
You will have previous experience of working with larger scale developments and have previous exposure to property design and planning. Demonstrable experienced of submitting large scale planning applications. Running design team to optimise a scheme.
The position level and associated remuneration are flexible.
