We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a leading international corporate. Our client is committed to providing a challenging, rewarding and interesting career for all employees. You will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director with administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and business dealings.You will be providing extensive personal assistant support including diary management and travel management. This demanding and fast paced environment would suit only those confident juggling many balls at one time.Responsibilities:Diary and email managementPreparation of correspondence and client documentsFormatting of proposals and presentation materialsDocument and billing managementProject and team administrationClient support and serviceEvent managementSkills:- 3+ years in a similar role within a professional environment- Exceptional organisational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail- Proven ability to use initiative and commonsense to undertake tasks in a proactive manner- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- The ability to complete work in an accurate and timely manner to meet deadlines- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
