£20,000 – £25,000 plus benefits
A fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and dynamic managing agent in Manchester city centre has arisen for a capable Property Administrator.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Property Director. As well as the normal day to day activities such as diary management, typing documents and filing you will also ideally have thorough knowledge and experience of working in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities;
- Liaising with clients and tenants
- Compiling and issuing client reports
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Attending client meetings, taking and issuing meeting minutes
- Maintenance of filing and internal processes
- Audio/copy typing correspondence
- The completion of standard legal documents
- Managing telephone calls/messages and e-mail correspondence
- Inputting lease details and contact information into the property database (QUBE)
- Thorough understanding of the company’s aims and objectives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to articulate and be professional
- Excellent literacy skills; written grammar and punctuation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter
- First rate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Database management
- Common sense, initiative and a willingness to take ownership of problems
