PRS – various roles
Manchester area
I am recruiting for a number of roles in the Private Rented Sector (all based in Greater Manchester). Salaries ranging from £24,000 to £65,000.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, including negotiating with/managing difficult situations with tenants. Both lettings experience and property management experience essential, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A positive outlook and strong work ethic are fundamental.
ARLA qualifications, Health & Safety and First Aid preferred. Experience within PRS, or a good understanding and passion about the sector, also desirable.
