Cobalt is working with an established A1 main contractor who is looking to grow their team and has the opening for a Quantity Surveyor.
This role will be required to do both pre and post contract management. From cost estimates, tender documentation, cost control through to closing of final accounts.
You will need at least 3 years of relevant experience and have at least a Diploma in a relevant field of study. If you have have a relevant Degree and/or professional qualification it would be of an advantage.
