A leading global real estate consultancy is looking to bring on an Analyst to join their dynamic, and growing, Research team in Mayfair, Central London.
You will be focusing on the UK Residential market, working with leading housebuilders, real estate developers, housing associations and government bodies to provide them with market intelligence, insightful analysis of emerging policy, and consultancy on residential property and property development.
The position will include:
- Analysing published data and in-house market intelligence
- Using this data to produce reports and presentations for clients aimed at answering a wide range of questions relating to residential development, planning and investment
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify and establish market trends and drivers
The successful candidate will be degree-educated with an aptitude for quantitative techniques, an analytical approach to completing assignments and strong attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity for a degree-educated candidate to join a FTSE 250 company in the heart of London, and gain a solid understanding of the real estate market and build upon existing analytical skills.
