Senior Planner/Associate Planner x2
London
A leading planning and design consultancy with multiple offices across the UK are expanding their Central London teams with the addition of two Senior Planners/Associate Planners as they continue to work on complex projects across London.
Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering planning services on commercial and residential developments around London.
– Management of projects that will vary in size and complexity
– Negotiation and submission of planning applications.
– Liaising with new and existing clients.
In addition to the above, an Associate Planner will have more responsibility for their workload and will have greater involvement with business development as well as the opportunity to mentor junior Planners.
The ideal Planner will be MRTPI qualified and have previous experience of working on mixed-use developments and residential schemes in London. Applicants are welcome from both the public and private sector with development control experience being highly advantageous however for the Associate Planner position it is imperative that all candidates have worked with a planning or property consultancy.
