Our client, a commercial Real Estate Investor, is looking for a property administrator to work in a small but successful company based in West London for a six month contract. With previous commercial experience within the property industry and preferably degree educated, you will be required to deal with invoice queries, utilities and contract management, facilities coordination, health and safety compliance and office management. Responsibilities will include:
Liaison with tenants and contractors to coordinate works
Reconcilliations and producing service charge budgets
Resolve invoice queries and maintain the invoice log
Ensure meter readings are taken
Ensure best value is achieved on utility supply contracts
Review utility usage
Work with the FM to provide support
Arrange H & S and fire risk assessments
Maintain up to date records
Ad hoc office administration
This list is by no means exhaustive and my client is looking for someone personable and with a good sense of humour to really make the role their own. You will have strong MS Excel and experience of using a property system such as Qube. Previous coordination experience is required as you will be juggling a number of different duties at once.
